Terms & conditions of booking

By booking tickets for this event you agree to the following.

1. Arrive on time (15-minute rule). Your seat is kept for you until 15 minutes after the start time of your show. For example, for a show starting at 10:00 AM you must have entered by 10:15 AM. If you haven't arrived by then, the organizer may give your seat to someone else.
2. One ticket admits one person. A ticket for a programme of several films admits you to every film in that programme.
3. Keep your QR code private. It is checked at the gate and only the first scan is accepted, so anyone with a copy could use your ticket. There is no re-entry once a ticket has been scanned.
